Fudge Professional Global Brand Ambassador, Jonathan Andrew, is joined by lifelong Fudge fan Chris Hughes for the fourth episode of the Fudge Professional social media series, ‘In the Chair’. The series explores the open, honest, and secret-spilling relationship between a hairdresser and their client whilst giving viewers a backstage pass to Jonathan’s very best tips and tricks.
Rising to fame on the 2017 series of Love Island, Chris has since kept his fans and followers entertained with his trademark light-hearted ‘banter’, high-profile love life, and ever-changing hairstyles. A self-confessed Fudge user for years, Chris is fanatical about hair, talking about how important it is to his overall confidence; he says: “If my hair’s not done or it’s not right, I’m not fully dressed…it’s like going out with no shoes on, you wouldn’t do it.” Jonathan agrees on the importance of looking after yourself, saying “Your hair is an accessory you can’t take off, it’s something you need to look after.”
The 25+ minute filmed interview brilliantly shows off Chris’ grooming attitude and features his characteristically comical escapades that we all fell in love with on Love Island, such as his silver hair fail and the fact he can’t wink. The interview also features some truly terrible American accents and a rather epic rap about Chris’ fave shampoo, Fudge Professional’s new Clean Mint Deep Cleansing Shampoo, with the lyrics ‘So green, so clean, so fresh and unseen.’ It’s a must-watch! Oh, and Chris agrees it’s best not to lick Fudge Professional Xpander Foam, even if it does look like ice cream.
